Frequently Asked Questions 
How do I start service?

Come into our office, complete a Water User Agreement form and pay your security deposit. Water User Forms can be found on the Forms Page. Please choose the appropriate form and call the office with any questions.  

When are meters read?

Meters are read at the end of each month. 

How are meters read?

Over half of our customers have Radio Read Meters which are read electronically. Meters that are not Radio Read are still read manually each month. 

How much will my bill be each month? 

It depends on your usage of water. Click Here to see current water rates.

How can I pay my bill?

Bills can be paid by several methods: Online, In Person, By Mail, Over the Phone, Drop Box, and Automatic Bill Pay.

When should I receive my bill? 

Customers should receive their bill before the 15th of each month. Please contact our office if you do not receive it by the 17th day of the month. 

When are bills due?

Bills are due by the 25th of each month. If this day is a holiday or weekend, it will be due the next business day.

When do I have to pay late fees?

Accounts not paid in full by the 25th of the month will be assessed a $10.00 late fee. 

If payment is not received, when will service be disconnected? 

Past due customers will receive an automated phone message indicating the disconnect date. Payments not received by 8:00 am on the date specified will be subject to disconnection. This will result in paying a $60.00 reconnection fee.

Can water be turned ON after hours due to disconnection for non-payment?

You will need to call the office voicemail and receive the Emergency phone number to make this arrangement.

What if I need service turned off for an emergency repair after normal operating hours?

You will need to call the office voicemail and receive the Emergency phone number to make this arrangement.  

What do I do if my water is discolored? 

Call the office and request the water lines to your home be flushed.
